Note - Many of the files on this page are in PDF format which means a PDF viewer, such as Acrobat Reader, or Okular will be needed.

Question Pools - If you would like copies of the actual question pools, you should find links to them at the ARRL website.   Below are versions edited for better fit on the page.

Element 2 - Technician
Element 3 - General
Element 4 - Amateur Extra

Study Guides - I have downloaded the current question pools from the ARRL and redone each question so that it is a statement with the correct answer rather than a question with multiple answers.   I have left the question numbers and regulation numbers intact.   These files are in PDF format and are a 'Work-In-Progress'.   Since they are a 'WIP', they may change as improvements are made.   Please let me know of any errors or problems with the files.

FELONY QUESTION - As of September 7, 2017 Applicants must answer whether they have been convicted of a felony or not for any changes or upgrades to their licenses.   Both the NCVEC and FCC Forms 605 have been updated with this question.   The ARRL has posted some articles concerning this and they are linked below as well as the FCC Public Notice.

NOTE - As of January 1, 2020, this question must answered if applicant is requesting a Renewal Only (RO).
This has been verified by the ARRL VEC.
